  1. Developing cooperation and operational standards, and strengthening the sense of identity among non-governmental organizations and social economy entities.
  2. ⁠Advocating for the interests of non-governmental organizations and social economy entities.
  3. Promoting positive social attitudes towards non-governmental organizations and social economy entities, and building their credible public image.
  4. Reviewing and monitoring legislation.
  5. Supporting partnership-based cooperation between non-governmental organizations, social economy entities, public administration at all levels, and businesses.
  6. Supporting the activities of member organizations.
  7. Representing federation members in relation to the public sector and other communities.
